This policy describes the terms of delivery, return and refund of products sold on the site https://boxandmotors.com , operated by BOXTAINER , SAS with capital of €21,000, registered with the RCS of Créteil under number 977 981 232 .

1. Delivery

Areas served

We deliver our products to mainland France . For deliveries outside this area (DOM-TOM or international), please contact us directly.

Delivery times

Livraison standard par conteneur

  • Temps de préparation de la commande : 1 à 6 jours

  • Temps de transit de la commande : 7 à 15 jours

  • Délai total de livraison à l’adresse du client : 8 à 21 jours

  • Fitted or specific containers: delivery time specified by quote or when ordering (generally 3 to 5 weeks).

  • In the event of a delay beyond our control, the customer will be informed by email or telephone.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs is flat for all orders € 250.

Reception

Upon receipt, the customer must check the condition of the container . Any anomaly (shocks, damage, non-conformity) must be notified in writing on the delivery slip and reported to us within 48 hours at contact@boxandmotors.com .

2. Returns

Non-personalized products

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return (pursuant to Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). The container must be returned at your expense, in its original condition, without having been used or modified.

Customized or fitted products

Custom-made products are neither exchangeable nor refundable , in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

3. Refunds

In the event of a valid return or compliant cancellation:

  • Refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the product or proof of shipment.

  • The initial delivery costs are only refunded if the error is attributable to us (non-compliant product, damaged, etc.).
